Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ **Responsibilities** + Monitor charge capture, coding accuracy, claim scrubbing + Analyze denial trends, manage accounts receivable, and implement strategies to reduce denials and improve collections. + Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like coding error rates, billing turnaround times, and A/R days; report to management. + Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and vendors. + Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions for better revenue capture. **Requirements** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) credentialed from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) preferred. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.
