How will you make an impact in this role?

The Oracle Cloud Manager for Financial Reporting, Controls and Change Management is part of Global Finance Operations (GFO), Controllership, Finance. The role is responsible to drive success for AXP Finance transition of Oracle from On Prem to Cloud Infrastructure, by enabling business adoption, strengthening controls, and assisting in the delivery of modernized reporting capabilities. The Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and  lead a small team of analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

·Manage the design and deployment of Cloud-based reporting and analytics solutions (OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud, FDI).

·Lead change management and organizational readiness for the Oracle Cloud Finance transition, ensuring smooth adoption across global Finance teams

·Partner with Product Owners, Process Owners, Technology, and SI to align business requirements and Cloud capabilities with strong governance and control standards.

·Drive execution of the change management strategy, including communication, training, and user engagement plans to enable seamless transition to Cloud.

·Collaborate with Control Management, Internal Audit and SOX teams to strengthen control frameworks within the new Cloud environment.

·Track and report progress through dashboards, highlighting program risks, challenges, and mitigation strategies for leadership visibility.

·Support CLT teams and leadership throughout the transformation journey with impact analysis, executive reporting, decision insights, and governance updates.

·Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners, driving collaboration and alignment on transformation priorities.

·Lead a team of Analysts responsible for supporting change management, reporting design, and control enablement initiatives.

 Qualification, Experience and Critical Skills  

·B.COM/B. Tech/MBA/Postgraduate with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience.

·Hands on experience implementing or supporting Reporting platforms (preferably on Oracle Cloud – OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud, FDI).

·Exposure to leading  and delivering Technology Capabilities (Oracle & specifically Cloud experience is an added advantage ERP, AHCS, FCCS, EDMCS, EPM).

·People leadership experience leading small-mid size teams.

·Good understanding of financial reporting, control frameworks, and audit processes.

·Demonstrated success driving enterprise-wide change initiatives and user adoption.

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong customer management experience.

·Superior attention to details, along with exemplary organizational and problem-solving skills.

·Must be results-driven and proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight timelines.
