**Position Summary:**
The Manager, Operations Support plays a critical role in supporting operational programs and processes that ensure effective store execution and communication. This role serves as a key partner to field leadership and Store Support Center (SSC) teams, helping to drive operational consistency and compliance. The Manager is responsible for maintaining tools, documentation, and communication that support the day-to-day operations of all stores.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Support enhancements to store systems, operational processes, and technologies that drive efficiency and compliance.
+ Manage assigned store programs, including eligibility tracking, rollout support, communication, and post-launch follow-up.
+ Coordinate with SSC teams to support compliance requirements and ensure operational readiness.
+ Collaborate with Field Communications and Training teams to keep Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and program documentation current and aligned.
+ Draft and manage operational communications (e.g., SOP updates, field memos, forms) to ensure accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery to store teams.
+ Maintain task management assignments, including coordination, follow-up, and reporting.
+ Monitor and support day-to-day operational impacts related to mobile environment systems and store technology.
+ Serve as a liaison between field operations and SSC departments to escalate and resolve issues that affect daily store execution.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
+ 3–5 years of retail operations experience, ideally in a multi-unit or corporate support role
+ 3+ years of experience in project coordination or program management
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Detail-oriented with excellent planning and organizational abilities
+ Ability to build relationships and influence cross-functionally without direct authority
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
