Are you a strategic, hands-on leader with a passion for facilities management and team development? Burlington Stores is looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee store facilities’ repairs, maintenance, and special projects—ensuring that all work is completed to our high standards of excellence.
In this role, you’ll directly supervise our Facilities Specialist team, taking full responsibility for hiring, training, and coaching, while driving performance and continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in developing cost-saving strategies, improving service delivery, and ensuring a positive experience for both customers and associates.
A Day in the Life:
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Facilities team supporting our retail storesDrive process improvements that enhance service delivery and operational efficiencySupport cross-functional teams including Operations, Real Estate, Construction, and LegalEvaluate vendor performance and implement improvements around quality, responsiveness, and complianceServe as the primary Facilities contact for Regional VPs and District ManagersCreate and manage reporting tools to track KPIs, budgets, and vendor scorecardsDevelop, monitor, and manage expense and capital budgetsOversee RFPs, bidding processes, and vendor selection for store maintenance servicesBe available for after-hours and weekend emergencies as needed
You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred8+ years in retail facilities maintenance, with 4+ years in a management roleStrong project management skills and a solid technical understanding of facility tradesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience using Service Channel (or similar software)Willingness to travel 10–20% as neededAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
