Job responsibilities

Leads the design, development, and implementation of test automation frameworks and solutions in payments domainDevelops and maintains automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and technologies.Mentors and guides test engineers in best practices for test automation.Conducts code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Continuously improve test automation processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in test automation and software testing.Provides technical leadership and guidance to the test automation team.Prepares and presents reports on test automation progress and results to stakeholders.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience. In addition, demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience   Hands-on practical experience delivering deployments, test automation and executionProficiency in automation and continuous delivery methodsProficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life CycleAdvanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and SecurityDemonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systemsPractical cloud native experience
