Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

 

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience. In addition, demonstrated coaching and mentoring experienceExperience leading technology projectsExperience managing technologistsProficient in automation and continuous delivery methodsProficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life CycleAdvanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and SecurityIn-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systemsData Engineering experienceExperience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and expertise in technology disciplines
