Job Title: Manager of Project Management

Job Description

We are seeking a Manager to oversee Project Management for a manufacturer that specializes in custom-engineered electrical components for the energy, industrial, and critical infrastructure sectors. This role involves coordinating with procurement, operations, engineering, quality, electrical teams, sales, and customers to manage projects efficiently.

ResponsibilitiesLead, plan, coordinate, and execute strategic and technical projects across manufacturing operations.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and in alignment with organizational objectives.Conduct project scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.Monitor and report project status, milestones, risks, and corrective actions to leadership and stakeholders.Mentor junior project managers.Adhere to NEC, UL, ISO9001, and general electrical codes.Essential Skills8+ years in manufacturing or industrial project management.3-5 years of experience managing technical teams in a project or operational setting.PMP Certification (Project Management Professional).Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, ERP (Microsoft Dynamics preferred), and industrial equipment.Proficiency in project planning software and technical documentation.Additional Skills & QualificationsDegree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field.Six Sigma or Lean certifications.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change.Experience in electrical manufacturing.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The typica shift is Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, with flexibility required to manage projects effectively.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Pasadena, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
