Our client, a leading food manufacturing company in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their team. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be part of the Global Markets Finance Department supporting Enterprise and Global Markets Leaders as well as local Finance Associates. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis
**Location:** Buffalo, NY (Hybrid Role)
**Pay Range:** $53–$65/hour
**Shift:** Monday-Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pm
**What’s the Job?**
+ Lead complex financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
+ Support the development and delivery of monthly business reviews.
+ Provide financial planning, forecasting, and decision support to leadership.
+ Collaborate with local and WHQ finance teams to enhance financial review capabilities.
+ Support upcoming ERP implementation within Global Markets and WHQ.
**What’s Needed?**
+ Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
+ 7+ years of relevant experience (or 5+ years with CPA)
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Strong presentation and problem-solving skills
+ Experience with SAP S4/HANA and BI tools preferred
