Core Experience:
· 5-8+ years of consultancy experience preferred
· Experience with project management and financial operations
· Must have experience working with project profitability, billing schedules, and cash flow forecasting
· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline
· Experience with NetSuite, Suite Project Pro, Power BI, and Excel (pivot tables, v lookups, etc.)
Summary:
Oversees the project financial planning, analysis, and control of project-related activities across the organization. Ensures effective financial governance, promotes accuracy in forecasting, supports strategic decision-making, and drives financial performance for client- and internally facing projects.
Responsibilities of this Role:
· Leads project financial operations across a portfolio of programs, ensuring accuracy in budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, and cost management.
· Acts as a financial business partner to project and program managers, offering insights to optimize performance and mitigate financial risks.
· Prepares and presents executive-level financial reports and dashboards, including KPIs, variance analyses, and forecast updates.
· Ensures compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS), company policies, and contract terms.
· Monitors project profitability, billing schedules, and cash flow forecasting.
· Supports internal and external audit processes with proper documentation and data integrity.
· Assigns workloads, monitors deadlines, and supports the team in balancing multiple concurrent projects/programs.
· Supports hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $103000.00 - $147000.00/yr.
4.5 weeks of PTO
10 paid holidays (8 standard, 2 floating)
