Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

 

 Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience. In addition, demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience    Experience leading data architecture projectsExperience managing data architects  Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methodsProficiency in all aspects of the Software Development Life CycleAdvanced understanding of data architecture methodologiesIn-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systemsPractical cloud native experienceExperience working at code level
