They allocate data center opportunities between bitcoin mining and other high performance computing services, such as AI. They continue to develop their pipeline of power capacity at high-quality data center sites, either for bitcoin mining or HPC. Position Summary Our Client is seeking a dedicated Manager of Civil / Structural / Architectural (CSA) Engineering to lead and coordinate all CSA design disciplines across a portfolio of fast-track hyperscale data center projects. This role involves active engagement in project execution, reviewing drawings, resolving design issues, and coordinating with contractors and consultants to ensure constructible, coordinated, and timely designs. Responsibilities + Lead CSA-related design efforts, including site civil design, structural systems, and architectural layout. + Coordinate CSA disciplines across concept, schematic, and detailed design phases. + Ensure CSA designs align with electrical and mechanical systems. + Perform detailed reviews of drawings, specifications, and calculations to identify conflicts and constructability issues. + Participate in design coordination meetings and contractor constructability reviews. + Support field teams by clarifying design intent and reviewing RFIs and submittals. + Manage CSA Engineers of Record and consultants, ensuring quality and schedule adherence. + Contribute to the development of CSA standards and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement. Required Skills + 10–15+ years of experience in civil and/or structural engineering and architectural coordination. + Experience supporting large commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects. + Proven experience reviewing and coordinating complex drawing sets and multi-discipline designs. + Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and structural systems. + Ability to operate in fast-paced and lean environments. + Experience in data center or mission-critical facility design is a plus. + Familiarity with utility coordination and permitting processes. + Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on constructability and execution. Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred. Education + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and Professional Engineering (PE) license is strongly preferred.
