Manager - Marketing (Program Management)
We are seeking a Manager - Marketing to join our Glenview team! As a Manager - Marketing, you will provide strategic organizational support by managing, coordinating and monitoring the accountability of multi-disciplinary teams as they work to implement and launch large-scale programs. You will facilitate leadership meetings on a regular cadence, working with the team to identify and track stage-gates and goals. You will coordinate smaller team meetings to drive consensus and decisions and reporting results and next steps to the greater team. In addition, you will be responsible for partnering with the rest of the marketing organization to form both internal and external communication strategies to drive adoption and revenue for new programs once they are launched. When required you will work to identify new processes, collaborate with stakeholders, document and run those processes to completion. You should be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities as well as contributing to the long-term strategy while focusing on meeting deadlines, being responsive to changing business needs, and managing and inspiring a team of motivated professionals. **Responsibilities:** + Global support and coordination of key initiatives and major campaigns to bolster customer engagement, sales enablement, market awareness, lead generation and market intelligence. + Coordination and organizational support of program expansion projects for sales initiatives. + Champion/support education and adoption of digital commerce programs + Lead/organize completion of business unit reporting and forecasting + Coordinate SOP development to drive scale and create productivity improvement + Align with over-arching shared services departments (Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, eCommerce. + Understand and interpret customer and sales data to identify opportunities in market and drive sales growth. + Ensure scheduled programs are completed on time and on budget and communicate results, best practices, and successes. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree – Marketing or Business Administration required; Masters’ Degree - Business Administration, Marketing Communications, Advertising, or Marketing preferred + 7+ years experience in product or field marketing + 3+ years experience in strategic business planning + 5+ years experience in product or field marketing preferred + Experience in Industrial/B2B marketing preferred; distribution experience a plus preferred + Industry knowledge, including suppliers, customers, and competitors preferred + Experience in hiring, training, developing, managing and appraising personnel preferred + Marketing strategy and implementation + Strong creativity and entrepreneurial drive + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Strong research and analytics skills + Highly organized and detail-oriented + Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment + Ability to influence others, meet deadlines, and deliver results + Ability to travel 0-25% of the time \#LI-KB1 \#LI-Hybrid At Wesco, we build, connect, power and protect the world.
