**About the Job**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Marketing Manager** to join **Jumeirah Saadiyat Island**
+ Build, lead and develop a high performing marketing and communications team, with clear goals, coaching, succession planning and accountability culture.
+ Prepare and deliver presentations, performance dashboards and executive updates for hotel leadership and corporate stakeholders.
+ Ensure all public facing communications comply with local requirements, and protect brand reputation, including clear governance on imagery, tone, and creator engagement.
+ Own the end to end marketing and communications strategy for the hotel, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and delivery of commercial targets across the year, with clear phasing around demand periods.
+ Lead annual planning, budget setting, forecasting and performance reporting, with clear KPIs and ROI discipline across all channels and initiatives.
+ Partner with the Revenue and Operations to translate the hotel commercial strategy into measurable marketing plans that support occupancy, ADR, length of stay, channel mix, and direct contribution.
**About You**
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
+ 5–7 years of progressive experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality, luxury, or consumer lifestyle sectors.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance strategic alignment with tactical delivery.
+ Strong understanding of digital marketing, PR, F&B marketing, social media, and campaign production.
