Job Responsibilities:

二、任职资格
教育程度：大学本科及以上学历，大学英语四级或以上，工程或管理等相关专业
工作经验： 3年及以上生产及物流等相关管理工作经验，2年及以上团队管理经验
专业技能要求： 了解统筹运营学知识，掌握机械制造知识，熟悉变速器生产加工相关材料，熟练运用生产计划、物流管理、仓储管理、成本核算、经济管理等知识
能力要求：具备较强的组织与协调能力，较强的物流规划能力，具备较强的沟通能力和问题分析与解决能力等
其他特殊要求：
1）认真贯彻执行国家及行业管理部门有关环境保护、安全生产法规和政策；
2）严格执行安全环境管理制度，安全操作规程，遵章守纪，防止发生事故；
3）主动发现各类环境安全事故隐患并积极报告整改；
4）积极参加各项环境安全培训和活动，提出合理化建议

四、主要岗位职责
1．制度与规划
1）根据公司规划组织建立工厂MPL管理体系，并协调实施，确保MPL管理的有效性
2）审核工厂MPL预算，并监督工厂MPL预算的执行，有效控制工厂MPL费用与成本

2．生产交付管理
1）根据主生产计划，审核工厂生产排程，并监督执行，以确保工厂生产有序开展
2）监督各车间生产计划执行进度，及时发现问题，并组织分析与解决，确保生产计划按时按量按质完成

3．库存控制管理
1）按公司指标要求，分析在制品库存指标，控制合理库存
2）组织编写与审核工厂库存控制目标、并进行日常的库存分析和跟踪
3）审核呆滞料处理申请
4）监督物料出入库管理，审核并批准权限范围内的仓储费用
5）运用Mafact体系的精益理念和工具，管理工厂内部仓储，做好物料的收、发、存，并定期盘点，对工6）厂内物料和产品进行全过程管理

4．对3PL进行日常监控
1）参与对第三方物流供应商的寻源和选择
2）督促第三方物流建立质量管理体系和存货管理体系并会签相关流程，督促其按照体系要求进行运行
3）协调并支持解决第三方物流与供应商和MPJ各生产单位的日常作业问题

5．试制生产计划管理
1）承接项目样机生产需求，编制试制科生产排程
2）生产完成情况，并按期汇报报表
3）样机及样件按计划执行,协调生产过程的问题
4）样机发货管理，配件、样机、整车发运安排

6．科室业务及团队管理
1）协助负责部门费用的管理、控制部门预算
2）协助组织开展部门岗位招聘、内部培训及绩效管理
3）协助负责部门团队建设、培养及储备业务及管理人才

7．遵守与执行体系要求
1）遵循国家和政府有关劳动、物流、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求
2）负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作
