**Job Summary and Responsibilities** **Position Summary:** The Manager of Laboratory Services directs and oversees the 24-hour operations of the clinical laboratory to meet organizational needs and comply with federal and state requirements. Directs, plans, organizes and implements strategies, and initiatives to enhance and support the operations of the clinical laboratories to ensure high quality, efficient, and cost-effective operations. Directs and oversees laboratory specimen collection, specimen processing, on-site, point of care, and send-out testing services. Collaborates with facility administrative and clinical leadership in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures, programs, and initiatives that support the mission, growth and success of the institution.
