How will you make an impact in this role?
Partner directly with the International Global Client Group including Multinational Client Group and Partner Markets teams in shaping the Governance Program ("The Program") and the rollout of its initiativesLeverage relationships with the Leadership team and Champions to solicit feedback on The Program and ensure its appropriate applicability to their everyday use casesAct as a “central point person” for hosting trainings to enable our customer facing teams and answer their questionsPartner with Control Management ("CM"), Line of Business and Market Compliance Officer (“LOBCO”/ “MCO”), and other compliance partners and key business partners to monitor and assess/remediate end-to-end compliance and sales effectiveness in G&LPartner with Sales, Enablement, Pricing and Transformation (“SPT”), Learning and Development (“L&D”) to roll out and maintain adequate and effective sales practices and compliance training program to commercial teamsChampion a culture of sustainable growth and compliance across G&LDesign and implement pragmatic/customer-centric strategiesCollaborate with the ability to lead without direct authority
