Northrop Grumman is hiring a Product & Training Delivery manager within the Insights & Intelligence (i2) organization to maximize the adoption of our products and ensure a superior user experience. This manager will report to the AI Platforms and i2 Operations Director and be based in Falls Church, VA. Hybrid and/or remote options will be considered for the right candidate.  

 Insights & Intelligence (i2) is reimagining decision making at Northrop Grumman and driving our data, analytics & AI transformation. As part of our Chief Information & Digital Office, i2 works with all enterprise domains and businesses. 

As the i2 Product and Training Delivery lead, your background as a training, change management, or user experience professional will ensure that we have a comprehensive approach to launch, training, adoption, and organizational change management. 

  

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following: 

Develop and implement a comprehensive product delivery approach for the i2 portfolio including standards and best practices for end user training, communications, and support 

Support the development and delivery of end-user training for AI and analytics products as well as annual compliance training related to the protection of data and responsible use of AI 

Partner across our delivery teams to develop methods and metrics to assess user feedback, training effectiveness and product usage 

Assess and analyze user feedback, training effectiveness, and product usage metrics to identify areas for improvement and adapt strategies accordingly 

Coordinate efforts across team members and serve as a people manager for a small team focused on training 

  

Basic Qualifications: 

Must have a minimum of 8 Years of relevant experience with a Bachelors Degree OR 6 Years of relevant experience with a Masters Degree OR 10 years of relevant experience with an Associates Degree OR 12 years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma.

Strong communication and presentation skills 

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a keen focus on detail to ensure flawless execution 

Proven experience with company-wide product rollouts and associated organizational change 

Preferred Qualifications:  

Bachelors or advanced Degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Factors Engineering, IT or related discipline 

Proficiency as an administrator with Northrop Grumman's learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools  

Familiarity with ServiceNow knowledge articles and service catalog capabilities 

Strong analytical skills and the ability to abstract meaningful insights from training and feedback data 

Demonstrated experience in training content development, curation, and deployment 

Primary Level Salary Range: $117,500.00 - $193,900.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
