In this role you will lead our hospitality, food and guest experience services across Asia, working as part of a high performing regional team based in Hong Kong. You will oversee the quality of our catering, events and workplace activations while ensuring a consistent and exceptional experience for our people and visitors. You will collaborate closely with internal partners, senior leaders and suppliers to create a workplace environment that reflects our values and supports our community. Demonstrated experience in hospitality, catering or workplace experience rolesStrong communication, planning and problem‑solving skills with good attention to detailHighly developed people and relationship skills, with experience leading teams or working with outsourced partnersStrong capability in managing catering services, vendor relationships and operational deliveryProven experience in hospitality or workplace experience within corporate or food and beverage environmentsExperience with soft services or facilities management within real estate roles is an advantage.
