We are seeking a strategic financial business partner to support the G&A Finance function, with a primary focus on serving as the lead finance partner for the Human Resources organization. **The Manager, G&A Finance** , will oversee all aspects of business management, including leading and executing key processes such as forecasting, budgeting, and decision-support analysis for the Human Resources team, while also contributing to broader activities within the G&A Finance team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Finance, experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, and a proven ability to support critical business functions and stakeholders effectively. **A Typical Day in the Role Might Look Like:** + Lead annual financial planning process for your business partners and provide quarterly reforecasting + Partner with key business stakeholders to address a variety of business/financial challenges + Develop and deliver quarterly analyses, forecast, and reports to support strategic decisions making and handle ad hoc special projects + Serve as cost center controller for your business partner + Coordinate with financial services teams, including Accounting, Procurement, and Accounts Payable, to ensure accurate cost tracking and accounting.
