We are seeking a strategic financial business partner to support the G&A Finance function, with a primary focus on serving as the lead finance partner for the Human Resources organization. **The Manager, G&A Finance** , will oversee all aspects of business management, including leading and executing key processes such as forecasting, budgeting, and decision-support analysis for the Human Resources team, while also contributing to broader activities within the G&A Finance team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Finance, experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, and a proven ability to support critical business functions and stakeholders effectively. **A Typical Day in the Role Might Look Like:** + Lead annual financial planning process for your business partners and provide quarterly reforecasting + Partner with key business stakeholders to address a variety of business/financial challenges + Develop and deliver quarterly analyses, forecast, and reports to support strategic decisions making and handle ad hoc special projects + Serve as cost center controller for your business partner + Coordinate with financial services teams, including Accounting, Procurement, and Accounts Payable, to ensure accurate cost tracking and accounting. This includes leading the monthly accrual process and reporting results to the Accounting team + Maintain internal financial systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity for quarterly forecasts and annual planning efforts + Act as champion for process improvements for both your key business partner and the broader G&A Finance team **This Role Might Be For You If You Have:** + Strong ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership + Highly analytical mindset with a creative approach to solving business challenges + Excellent organizational skills and the capability to work independently when required. + A willingness to collaborate, facilitate and partners cross-functionally to drive business decisions + Adaptability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and occasionally ambiguous work environment + An Intellectually curious outlook + A team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow This role requires a BS in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred). Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, Charts, Functions & Formulas required. Knowledge of Finance and Accounting required. Experience with a planning tool such as Oracle Hyperion Planning plus dashboard tools (Hyperion, Qlik, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI). Does this sound like you?
