About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
Develop and manage Service Charge budgets for Community/Owners Associations, including financial analysis, variance tracking, and cost optimization.
Monitor expenditures against RERA-approved budgets, oversee service charge collections and accounts payable, and recommend corrective actions.
Secure RERA approvals, coordinate audits, manage escrow accounts, and ensure compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policies.
Oversee accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, bank reconciliations, VAT returns, and bookkeeping activities.
Lead and develop the finance team while liaising with RERA and presenting financial insights to senior and non-financial stakeholders
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a community management company.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Strong knowledge of RERA regulations, IFRS, budgeting, financial analysis, and audit processes.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders, lead teams, and communicate financial information effectively.
