Manages financial staff to develop and prepare related financial activities. Ensures staff perform tasks accurately and adhere to relevant standards and regulations. Manages processes and the design of operational procedures and processes that meet standards and improve efficiency of department.
This position is hybrid in Lincolnshire, IL.
Responsibilities:
Interact regularly with senior management, FP&A, Treasury, Investor Relations, Tax, Accounting, Strategy, & Corp DevAssist in development of the ELT monthly financial reporting package and quarterly BoD deckSupport the annual goodwill impairment testMonitor competitor and market sector information, analyses on competitive industry information and competitor strategy, including competitor conference calls, related analyst reports and SEC filingsFacilitate the quarterly earnings process including overall development of messaging, press releases, scripts, and Q&A prepPartner w/ Corporate Strategic; Assist in Long-term Strategic PlanConduct M&A deal model look-back in partnership with the Corporate Development functionHelp lead forecast by legal entity to aid tax reporting pack
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required. Appropriate professional qualification/certification to practice finance in country/region preferredMinimum of 8-12 years of experience in Accounting or Finance with prior management/supervisory experience preferredExperience with complex Accounting issuesAdvanced Excel and database skillsAdvanced experience with ERP systemsAbility to travel 10%Ability to work hybrid in Lincolnshire, ILPreferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvementsDemonstrated ability to interface with management levels across functions

Salary: USD 109000.00 - USD 163400.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement.
