**How will you make an impact in this role?**
Join the Canada Merchant Services Finance team as the Manager for the LFO Team. Reporting to the Lead Financial Officer (LFO), you will be the primary contact for financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision support. This role is central to delivering data-driven insights that guide business performance, investment optimization, and the strategic direction of the organization. You will collaborate closely with the General Manager, key business partners, and extended Finance teams providing consultative finance support to advance the vision and strategy for GMS Canada.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Deliver sound financial guidance to support GMS’s strategy and long-term financial goals.
+ Create and present actionable analytics to drive business performance and inform decision-making.
+ Optimize investments and provide strategic support to senior leadership.
+ Coordinate and execute financial results reporting, planning and performance analysis.
+ Develop compelling data visualizations to substantiate business strategies.
+ Influence senior management and stakeholders through consultative support, even without direct authority.
+ Manage multiple stakeholder requests in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
**Qualifications**
+ Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect industry trends to financial results.
+ Advanced modeling and analytics skills; proficiency in SQL, SAS, Python, and Tableau.
+ Proven ability to create clear and compelling visuals for business strategy.
+ Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
+ Demonstrated ability to influence others, including senior management, without direct authority.
+ Professional accounting qualification is a plus (CPA, CFA, MBA-Finance, MMA).

**Qualifications**
Hiring Range: $100,000 to $150,000 annually bonus benefits
