Job Description Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of facility services under our Integrated Facility Management (IFM) model. The ideal candidate will manage a wide range of services, including soft and hard services, vendor coordination, compliance, safety, and client relationship management. This role ensures seamless facility operations, driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high service standards.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

Oversee daily operations of all facility services (technical, housekeeping, security, pantry, landscaping, etc.).

Ensure smooth functioning of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG, STP, etc.).

Monitor performance of facility equipment and coordinate timely maintenance (PPM & reactive).

Vendor & Staff Management:

Supervise and coordinate with outsourced vendors and in-house staff.

Ensure all vendor SLAs and KPIs are met.

Conduct regular training and toolbox talks for staff.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance (fire safety, pollution control, etc.).

Conduct regular audits, safety drills, and inspections.

Maintain documentation related to compliance and facility records.

Budgeting & Cost Control:

Prepare and monitor facility budgets.

Identify cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

Act as the single point of contact for the client.

Address client concerns promptly and ensure satisfaction.

Prepare and present monthly reports and dashboards to the client and internal teams.

Sustainability & Energy Management:

Implement energy-saving and sustainable facility practices.

Track consumption metrics and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in Engineering (preferred) or Facility Management; additional certifications (e.g., IFMA, PMP, NEBOSH) are a plus.

5–10 years of experience in facility management, preferably in an IFM model.

Prior experience handling large sites or corporate facilities is desirable.
