Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. **Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Facilities Protection** to develop and administer security programs and procedures for safeguarding personnel, facilities, and assets. Supervise employees who provide physical security protection. Provide management oversight of the statement of work for contract security services. Document and convey security requirements to our contract security partner to ensure site post instructions are aligned with requirements. Establish and monitor key performance indicators associated with contract security services. Coordinate activities with our contract security partner related to all aspects of our security program to include patrol, visitor management, access control, closed-circuit TV, and communications systems. Actively involved in daily operations as required to meet schedules and resolve operational issues. Conduct internal investigation into security matters. Develop/manage operational budget to include tracking, reviewing and approving invoices. Continuous partnership with facilities, environmental safety and administration teams regarding operations and scheduling of security support to programs/projects. Conduct briefings and participate in technical meetings. Establishes regular security inspections. Liaison and coordination with federal and local law-enforcement agencies. **Basic Qualifications:** + 8+ Years of security experience with Bachelors; or 6+ Years of security experience with Masters; an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelors. + Interim DoD Secret security clearance with ability to obtain/maintain a Top-Secret clearance with SCI access. + Experience managing security guard service contracts. + Excellent customer service and communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Active DoD Top Secret clearance and/or SCI access + Strong working knowledge of office automation and proficiency with Microsoft Office/M365, including, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint + Technical skills and experience with Lenel, SIMS, Guard 1 Timekeeping, Milestone, AXIS Video. + Excellent communication, writing and organization skills, enabling effective communications with team members, fellow employees and government officials. + Ability to work in a team environment with contract security personnel. + Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to interact with internal/external customers and suppliers. + Knowledge and familiarity with the physical security requirements of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), as well as DoD Manuals, and other US Government security manuals. + Physical Security Professional or Certified Protection Professional Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $168,400.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
