This role leads executive recruitment for Director/Senior Director positions within TA AMEA (Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa) region.

What you need to know about this position:

Drive and deliver quality executive recruitment experience with outcomes appropriately balanced across cost, quality and time to fillStrategic partnering with People Leads and senior leaders to proactively plan hiring against critical needs to build relevant executive talent pipelinesManage the partnership with executive hiring partners (when required) ensuring positive outcome and leveraging insightsLead hiring assessment for internal and external candidates.Build strong insights & understand for executive total package including long term equity, benefits and relocationProvide insights on executive hiring and assessment for use by HR and business leads

Qualifications/Experience

Educated to degree level required with professional qualifications in assessment and hiring preferredExperienced in managing/supporting executive level recruitment within executive search firm.Additional corporate recruiting experience at executive level an advantage.Proven ability in influencing at high levels of the organizationExperience of assessing capability using third parties and in-house tools highly preferredProven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partnerUnderstanding of talent management and how talent acquisition enables great talent management
