About the Role:
Complete knowledge of property management, tenant management, coordination with Brookfield ops and project teamsOPEX/CAPEX budgeting, coordination with tenant’s facility team for day-to-day operationsMust have background of utilities management (like Power distribution (HT & LT systems), DG sets, chillers, low-side HVAC system, STP&WTP, diesel yard, elevators, firefighting equipment, waste management system etc), soft service management of entire property, physical as well as logical security e.g. access control, CCTV and Building management system etcStrong in compliance management, recovery of utilities from client end, liaising with statutory bodies like MSEDCL, MPCB, PMC etc, basic knowledge of civil infrastructure would be an added advantageProficiency in MMR/QMR, good in presentation skills to the senior management, should be able to manage the team size of 10 to 15 resourcesAbout You:
Engineering background (preferably BE in Electrical engineering) with prior experience of 8 to 10 years in property domainPreferably looking for an immediate to 15 days joining of the candidateExperience of handover/takeover of the property from project management teamStrong written and oral communication skillsHigh attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, independently able to manage the site with zero escalation from client sideWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?
