ROLE SUMMARY
The Manager – Talent Acquisition is responsible for executing strategies to attract, source, and select high-quality talent that supports the business in achieving its strategic objectives.
ROLE PROFILE
Lead sourcing efforts by developing talent acquisition strategies, managing advertising, and ensuring timely CV screening to build a strong talent pipeline.Source and attract external candidates for current and future roles through effective channels and maintain a positive MAF Retail employer image.Manage candidate assessments, including aptitude and psychological tests, and oversee interview scheduling.Identify, manage, and evaluate external recruitment agencies and overseas vendors, including contract renewals or cancellations based on performance.Plan and execute recruitment campaigns and open days while identifying new opportunities to position the company as an employer of choice.Ensure recruitment portals, communication methods, and processes comply with organizational policies and procedures.Maintain accurate and secure candidate databases and oversee reporting on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.Support performance management, talent development, training coordination, manpower planning, and adherence to corporate policies across the HC function.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources; CIPD or SHRM certification preferred.5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 3 years in retail.Strong retail market knowledge with a results-oriented mindset.Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills.Highly organized with strong multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
