ROLE SUMMARY
The Manager – Customer Insights will play a critical role in leveraging internal and external data to identify trends, monitor performance and support business decisions. They will be managing projects to internally and externally collect, analyze and translate customer data into actionable insights to drive business performance and deepen market and customer understanding. They will also Run regular and progressive correlation analyses to understand how different trends are impacting specific business elements / attributes across markets.
