What the day will look like You will act as the strategic right hand to the COO Benelux, leading the transformation agenda for Aon Benelux and connecting local initiatives with global objectives. Your responsibilities include: Translating Aon Global’s change agenda into actionable transformation programs for the Benelux. Coordinating technological and operational transformation initiatives across Commercial Risk, Human Capital Solutions, Technology, and Operations. Leading, coaching, and developing a team of approximately 15 FTE. Fostering collaboration and synergy between Dutch and Belgian organizations. Monitoring progress, managing risks, and delivering transformation milestones on time and within budget. How this opportunity is different This is your chance to shape the future of Aon Benelux. Skills and experience that will lead to success Master’s degree in Business Administration, Change Management, Operations, or a related discipline. 10+ years’ experience leading large-scale transformation programs in an international context, preferably within insurance or financial services. Proven track record in technological and operational change. Strong people leadership and coaching skills; able to inspire and develop multidisciplinary teams across countries. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at all organizational levels. Fluent in Dutch and English; French is an advantage.
