Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required2+ years of previous management experience focused in telemetry/medical-surgical.4+ years of clinical RN experience with 2 years in telemetry/medical - surgical.RN Licensure in State of Illinois.Strong organization, planning and delegation skills.

Major Responsibilities:

Planning, management, implementation and evaluation of operations/services to ensure quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness.    Preparation and administration of budgets to ensure adequate personnel, Facilities, and supplies. Responsible for the selection, development, motivation and evaluation of staff.    Maintenance of effective working relationships with internal and external contacts.   Responsible for personal and professional growth and development.
