Job Description Summary

The Manager for Capital Markets supports the origination and execution of real estate investment transactions, combining strong client-facing sales capability with financial analysis and deal structuring. This role works closely with senior leaders to pitch, position, and maximize asset value for investors across Vietnam’s real estate market.

About the Role:

Drive investment sales activities including client pitching, proposal preparation, negotiations, and transaction execution.

Spend significant time on client-facing work (presentations, meetings, negotiations) with investors, funds, and capital partners.

Work closely with Analyst to develop financial models, investment analyses, and deal structures to support transactions.

Conduct market and asset analysis to position opportunities and maximize sales value for clients.

Support business development through networking, referrals, and proactive engagement with new and existing clients.

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline (CFA / MBA is an advantage).

3–5 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or investment sales.

Strong financial acumen with hands-on exposure to financial modelling, deal analysis, and transaction structuring.

Highly commercial, confident communicator with strong presentation, pitching, and negotiation skills.

Passion for real estate, investments, and long-term deal execution cycles.
