This is a senior level role in derivatives operations team, with a supervisory reviewer role over the maker level activities

In this role, you’re expected to:

Clearing, Settlement and Risk Management activities of client’s exchange traded derivatives transactionsMargin monitoring, Position limit monitoring and Trade confirmations, Cash and non-cash collateral managementReview and supervise operational activities for reconciliations and client reporting managed by makerSupport the traders / execution desk with their queries, reviewing contracting activities, calculating commissions, preparing various MISs and addressing ad-hoc queriesReporting and reconciling trades and positions in Global systems like Clear Vision and GMITreasury management and funding arrangementsSenior management MIS reporting, P&L reportingSanctions screening and Name screeningBe familiar with various internal and Exchange applications to complete daily activitiesAdhere to various internal and exchange timelines while performing the activitiesActively contribute in various developments and automation initiatives, Performing system UATsRegulatory reporting with stringent timelinesAdhering to Citi Internal policy requirementsImpart training to fellow team members

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

4-7 years of relevant experienceFundamental understanding of Capital markets and derivative productsProven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated knowledge of MS Excel

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or FinanceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
