The role includes coordination for new product assessments, due diligence, term sheets and third party contracts. The position serves as the primary point of contact & account manager for external stake holders **Responsibilities and Tasks** + Develop relationship and manage partnerships with generics licensing partners / vendors. + Coordinate with cross-functional teams for due diligence, contract negotiation & finalization . + Preparing business case & product assessment presentation for new opportunities. + Coordinate with internal & external stake holders for project management of third party projects. + Ensure timely completion of definitive agreements, quality and SDEA agreements. + Lead & coordinate new launches with third parties. + Reporting project update, budget, milestone payments and profit share statements to third parties. + Scouting strategic in & out-licensing opportunities from current and new partners. + Continuous identification of new Business Development opportunities. **Knowledge Skills and Abilities:** + General knowledge of pharmaceutical projects- regulatory and commercial aspects. + Excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical project management. + Ability to facilitate variety of working sessions for project kick-off, review and launches. + Understanding on legal, financial aspects of agreement. + Proficiency in using IQVIA, IPD, Evaluate, Global Data or other equivalent data mining tools. + General understanding of building financial models such as P&L and NPV. + Skilled at PowerPoint, Excel, Word. + Strong oral and written communication skills. **Travel Estimate** 20% (mostly local, international on project basis) **Job Scope** **Internal Interactions (within the organization)** Legal, IP, Finance, Drug Safety, RA **External Interactions (outside the organization)** Licensing partners, CMO **Geographical Scope** NAM (primarily USA) **Financial Accountability (cost/revenue with exclusive authority)** - **Job Requirements** **Educational Qualification** Bachelors degree of science or equivalent, MBA is preferred **Specific Certification** NA **Experience** 5+ years' experience in a portfolio management, business development **Your Success Matters to Us** At Sun Pharma, your success and well-being are our top priorities!
