And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary:** As a Manager - Application Support, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration, maintenance, and performance of software applications. This role combines technical troubleshooting with leadership to ensure application stability, timely incident resolution, and proactive monitoring. Coordinates updates and installations, enforces system controls, and collaborates across teams to support business continuity and continuous improvement. **What you will do:** + Design and manage application support processes, ensuring smooth daily operations across the organization + Determines best practices to coordinate activities, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources to meet service level agreements (SLAs) + Lead the support team in resolving production incidents, performing root cause analysis, and driving problem resolution + Provide technical guidance and mentorship on ticket handling and application knowledge sharing + Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to maintain application performance and uptime + Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, including access reviews and certificate updates + Document support procedures, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base content + Strengthen cross-functional workflows and handoffs to ensure seamless support and service continuity + Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability across the team **Required Qualifications:** + 5+ years of experience leading and supporting software applications in a technical capacity + 3+ years of experience in technical environments involving scripting, automation, and system-level operations + 2+ years of experience managing SSL/TLS certificate lifecycles across environments **Preferred Qualifications:** + Familiarity with job scheduling tools (e.g., Tidal, Cron) + Skilled in driving execution through planning, delivery, and ongoing support + Experience in healthcare or regulated industries + Exposure to ITIL practices and incident/change management workflows + Familiarity with monitoring tools and observability frameworks **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience) **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
