Manager Annual Giving

The Annual Giving Manager is responsible for building and growing St. Joseph’s Health Foundation’s Annual Fund through donor-centered, ethical, and mission-aligned strategies. This role focuses on donor acquisition, retention, stewardship, and entry-level upgrade pathways that support long-term philanthropic engagement across the health system.
The position leads multi-channel annual giving efforts, manages stewardship and recognition programs, supports employee giving initiatives, and collaborates closely with Major Gifts, Planned Giving, and Stewardship to ensure a seamless donor experience. All activities are conducted in alignment with healthcare philanthropy best practices, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies.
Bachelor’s degree required; minimum 3–5 years of fundraising or marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or nonprofit. Strong understanding of multi-channel fundraising, including direct mail, digital, and social media. Excellent writing and communication skills; ability to craft compelling donor messages using diverse media. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; experience with email marketing platforms preferred. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
