About the Role:
· Always manage the occupant’s complaints.
· Manning of helpdesk and answering to all service calls from occupants as per defined etiquettes.
· Logging on the calls in the soft copy (on software online).
· Acting on all the service calls by coordinating the service vendors and getting the requested work done.
· Follow up on all pending complaints.
· Manage & record Move in/Move out of residents as per defined guidelines/instructions.
· Escalating the complaints received for repairs, cleaning, stationery and as stated by PM to the respective departments for early resolution.
· To check back with complainant for closer of complaints reported by technicians, HK Staff or other agency for correctness.
· Handling covid Management. (Procurement of material, Conduct Vaccination and RTPCR camps, Communication with residents on Covid and other medical help, Send covid tracker to all residents/Authority).
· Meet the resident in case of any major complaint.
· Proper upkeep of the records pertaining to service calls and response statements.
· Provide MIS reports on daily/monthly basis.
· Provide MMR, Newsletters on monthly basis.
· To process Domestic help/drivers/Club membership cards.
· Filling of all documents and files.
· Proactively look for any deviations/defects and log such defects.
· Maintain record of Club Bookings.
· Handle queries related to Advertisement/Canopy.
· Sending communication to all residents on E-Board.
· Maintain record of emergency services – Oxygen cylinders, first aid kit etc.
· Taking residents satisfaction survey Monthly/quarterly.
· Take round and maintain observation report and take follow ups on report.
· Coordinate for GBM meetings and events.
· Coordinate with various vendors/departments for Events.
· Coordinate with software (MyGate) Admins for any query resolution.
· Adherence of Management instructions.
About You:
Graduate
Minimum Experience – 7+ Years
Experience within the Facility industry
Strong written and oral communication skills
High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
