We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Manager, Scheme Payment. This role is ideal for individuals with solid experience in financial operations and a strong understanding of retirement schemes.

  Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end scheme payment operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing Lead and supervise the team in executing scheme-related transactions in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance process efficiency and strengthen control measures Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting Drive continuous improvement initiatives in workflow, control frameworks, and service quality   Requirements At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial institutions or audit firms Exposure to retirement scheme operations, particularly MPF and/or ORSO, will be a strong advantage Student member of a recognized professional accounting body is a big plus Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High level of integrity and commitment to quality
