Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager, Business Development Operations to support the Corporate Global Business Development Office (CGBDO). This is an enterprise-level role with primary responsibility for supporting internationally focused business development operations for the organization.
This position will be primarily located in Falls Church, VA.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate, prepare, and synchronize senior leader and VP customer engagements in support of U.S.-based customers and domestic business development activities
Partner closely with CGBDO Customer Relations Teams, Corporate Communications, Government Relations, and Sector business development teams to ensure leadership preparedness for customer meetings, speaking engagements, and industry events
Anticipate and manage preparation of materials, read-ahead packages, talking points, and presentations for executive-level customer engagements and internal leadership reviews (ELT, BoD, etc.)
Serve as a central coordination point between domestic customer relations teams and corporate functional partners (Legal, Communications, HR, Security, Business Management) to enable seamless execution of engagements
Support planning and execution of U.S.-based trade shows, conferences, and customer events, including schedule integration and engagement tracking
Maintain communication and action tracking across stakeholders to ensure timely execution of commitments supporting business development priorities
Manage the development, tracking, reporting, and forecasting of business development operational goals and activities
Drive execution of strategic initiatives and tasks by working with cross-functional teams and business leaders across the organization
Lead/ Support internal special projects as requested to include activities such as developing and monitoring objectives and facilitating broader communication across key stakeholders as appropriate
Support customer relations teams in coordinating and executing required actions in response to Executive Orders and related directives
Prepare and synchronize CGBDO materials and reporting inputs for the Enterprise risk Management Committee (ERMC), supporting leadership visibility into key operational risks and mitigation activities
Support management of the charitable contribution process in partnership with Corporate Citizenship
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for assigned team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in support of CGBDO priorities
Basic QualificationsBachelor’s Degree from an accredited university with at least 10 years of related experience OR Master’s Degree with 8 years of related experience.
Experience supporting customer engagement, business development, or operational coordination activities in a complex organization.
Demonstrated experience preparing materials for senior executives and coordinating high-visibility engagements.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analytics, including identification, collection, processing and analyzing large volumes of data
Preferred QualificationsUnderstanding of Northrop Grumman business priorities, strategy, capture resources, and key stakeholders
Experience with Salesforce
Primary Level Salary Range: $175,400.00 - $263,200.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
