Join a fast-paced and client-focused environment where you'll take the lead in managing the daily operations of our Transfer Agency. This role is at the heart of our service delivery, ensuring clients receive exceptional support and seamless transaction processing. You'll be the key link between clients, external partners, and internal teams—including Fund Administration, Compliance, Legal, and more—driving collaboration and operational excellence across the board.
**What you’ll be doing:**
+ Manage and oversee daily Transfer Agency operations, including investor capital activity (capital calls, distributions), transaction monitoring, and maintenance of investor registers and static data.
+ Ensure timely and accurate investor reporting, AML/KYC due diligence, and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., CSSF).
+ Act as the primary contact for TA operational matters, ensuring client SLAs are met and high service standards are maintained.
+ Supervise internal controls, support audits and depositary interactions, and ensure adherence to internal procedures.
+ Lead, train, and develop team members, promoting efficiency, best practices, and a positive team culture aligned with CBRE’s values.
+ Support the Senior Manager with escalations, resource planning, and project leadership on TA-related initiatives.
+ Handle multiple stakeholder demands and contribute to continuous improvement through ad-hoc tasks and strategic projects.
**What we’re looking for**
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Transfer Agency, ideally within a management company or financial services provider.
- Strong expertise in Luxembourg-domiciled alternative investment funds (PE, RE, debt, etc.).
- Proven team management experience with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
- Solid understanding of TA systems, fund lifecycle processes, and interactions with key stakeholders.
- University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience driving automation and implementing technology-driven solutions.
**Why Join Us?**
- Be part of an international team – our team in Luxembourg has more than 30 nationalities
- Permanent contract with competitive salary and bonus
- Employee benefits (lunch vouchers, complementary health insurance and pension scheme, Sympass card)
- 30 days of holiday
