Manager, Workforce Management - Execution Support

The manager for WFM Execution will support in the engagement of the Retail Field Organization to highlight divisional field performance and will play a key role developing and implementing the strategy to facilitate field execution on our financial commitments as it relates to Workforce Management. You will be responsible for supporting our field partners to capture, investigate and resolve opportunities, while supporting strategies to improve execution. **Primary responsibilities** + Ensuring all aspects of the Workforce Management strategy are developed, socialized and implemented in a way that aligns with business goals and prioritizes business growth and impact + Identifying and mobilizing cross-functional support required to achieve business objectives, including areas of tactical and strategic support + Providing business expertise needed to set planning priorities and develop implementation approach(es), as well as provide targeted training to drive education and knowledge needed to implement strategies + Serving as a trusted subject matter expert on behalf of Workforce Management, as well as preparing for and leading various business reviews with senior leaders by coordinating and finalizing relevant materials, quarterbacking any necessary field training, ensuring follow-up and execution of strategy by divisional leaders + Facilitate the coordination and execution of field education about the labor budgeting and forecasting processes, as well as building field knowledge to root-cause investigate concerns and provide meaningful insights and recommendations + Recommending appropriate actions, strategies and / or alternative courses of action to meet business needs + Collaborating with key senior business partners (SVPs, DVPs, HRVPs, HRDs) to understand their strategies, challenges and goals to translate these into actionable deployment and / or task plans, establish benchmark metrics, provide progress updates, etc. + Manage multiple and often competing priorities, with the flexibility to respond to urgent senior leader requests for data and provide actionable solutions + Representing the Workforce Management team in various internal meetings with senior leaders + Support data and analytics efforts for WFM to support go-forward strategies on Field Execution across 9,000+ stores + Support the Sr. Manager in developing strategic perspectives and acting in our role as the voice and thought leaders of WFM **Required Qualifications** + 2+ years of total business experience + Experience manipulating data using Excel + Advanced skills in MS Office + Experience in healthcare services (e.g., pharmacy, hospitals/health systems, primary care) and/or healthcare IT and digital health + Proven ability to work with multiple reports to synthesize insights and outline meaningful, actionable steps for the field to implement to represent Workforce Management and its leadership teams by delivering high quality, timely reports. Must be able to analyze data and metrics to work with impacted areas to develop, communicate and monitor mitigation plans. + Experience managing cross-functional teams and initiatives with a high degree of complexity + Ability to travel up to 10% of the time **Preferred Qualifications** + 5+ years of total business experience + Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills + Familiarity with workforce management processes and extensive knowledge of retail business operations, including pharmacy + Broad mindset with an ability to consider the long-term execution of strategy as well as the short-term detail-oriented steps needed in developing solutions + Experience with Access, Tableau, SQL, or similar reporting tools + Proven ability to deliver results in complex, fast-paced environments + Proven ability to develop and lead planning initiatives with a track record of successfully executing on established goals and objectives + Proven ability to deliver high quality professional communications, presentations, responses and analyses on a wide range of requests by working quickly, independently and with minimal direction + Proven ability to exhibit model professional behaviors that are consistent with collaborating with senior leadership and that demonstrate a strong bias for inclusion, collaboration, building trust, driving for and delivering results as well as supporting innovation and change + MBA, MPH, PharmD, or master’s degree in an analytical or healthcare-related field (e.g., MBA, master’s in economics/finance or Master’s in public health) is preferred. **Education** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $159,120.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
