How You Will Make an Impact

Lead, recruit, train and motivate a sales team to consistently surpass monthly sales and billing goalsOversee daily sales activities, conduct weekly team meetings and one-on-one reviews to maintain productivity and ensure effective account managementAttend sales calls with representatives to support their development and business acquisition effortsProvide weekly sales summaries and reports to inform strategic decisionsAssign high-priority customers and pursue business opportunities with long-term growth potentialCollaborate with internal teams such as Market Development, Construction, Sales Support and Marketing to support sales initiatives and customer satisfactionCoach team members in skills and strategies necessary for top performanceComply with established Spectrum policies and procedures and undertake special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent training, education and experience

Experience

5+ years of enterprise-level account sales experience in telecommunications or cable, selling Ethernet, Cloud Services, High Speed Data and Fiber Services with a proven record of territory achievement and quota achievement3+ years of leadership experience in a competitive telecommunications or cable sales environment with strong knowledge of Ethernet, Cloud Services, High Speed Data, Fiber Services and fiber-connected networks

Skills

Read, write, speak and understand EnglishDeveloping and executing strategic account plans tailored to key prospects and customersPersonnel supervision and office management capabilityExperience organizing, implementing and maintaining sales goalsDemonstrated leadership in high-volume, fast-paced environments requiring teamwork and adaptabilityOrganizational development and advanced business skillsProficiency with telecommunications and networking technologiesAbove-average business analysis skills using MS Office tools and Salesforce.com or similar CRM platformsTravel up to 70% using a valid and active state driver’s license with a safe driving record

A qualified applicant’s criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.

The base pay for this position generally is between $99,900.00 and $163,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.


In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $84,000.
