And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** This position will be responsible for daily cash operations and liquidity working with business lines across the enterprise to ensure efficient processing of payments and receipts. The candidate will manage a team of five to six analyst supporting the daily operations. The position will work to develop liquidity strategies with focus on continuous process improvement as well as development of the team. Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: + Direct cash management operations to include daily cash administration. + Review and drive improvements in cash management, ensuring financial obligations are met in accordance with company policies and procedures. + Manage daily cash transfer activity and processes. Act as subject matter expert to appropriately execute disbursements. + Review and approve wire, ACH and EFT transfers ensure transactions have appropriate documentation and authorization. + Continually evaluate the effectiveness of operational procedures and controls to maximize departmental productivity and minimize errors. + Analyze and solve problems stemming from payment processes. + Ensure accuracy and timely distribution of reporting. + Confer with bank personnel to effect fund transfers. + Develop and mentor staff. + Maintain integrity and accuracy of funds transfers. + Provides support for both internal and external auditors. Ensures cash transactions are in compliance with SOX / audit requirements and adherence to standard cash processing guidelines. + Participate in new cash initiatives to ensure proper workflows are established and processes are documented. This role is work at home flexible. It can be based remotely in the U.S. or near one of the campuses mentioned below. If you are commutable to one of the following Corporate Hubs, you must work in the office 2 or more days a week: + Woonsocket, RI, + Hartford, CT **Required Qualifications** + 5-7 years of relevant experience in Banking and/or Treasury + 4+ of experience with Integrity or similar Treasury workstation **Preferred Qualifications** + Finance/Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) + Access Database - Microsoft Access + Proficient Microsoft Office user **Education** Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred or equivalent experience is required. **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
