Position Summary Lead a dynamic team of recruiters in developing and executing strategic hiring practices that bring top technical and professional talent to AutoZone. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring speed, quality, compliance, and a candidate experience that reflects our brand. The Role at a Glance Lead a results-driven recruiting team while partnering with hiring managers and HR teams to align recruiting strategies with business needs. From employer branding to full-cycle recruiting, you’ll manage everything from strategic partnerships to vendor performance, while enhancing candidate experiences and driving workforce planning. Key Responsibilities •Build and lead a high-performing team of recruiters and coordinators focused on professional, technical, and skilled labor roles •Partner with SSC business leaders to fulfill corporate staffing needs across multiple departments •Oversee and evolve our University Relations and campus recruiting programs to build a strong early-career talent pipeline •Own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including pre-employment screening, vendor management, and compliance with contingent workforce regulations •Standardize, monitor, and optimize recruiting workflows and technologies to ensure efficiency and scalability •Provide recruiting insights and performance analytics using KPIs to measure success and guide improvements •Spearhead outreach and diversity initiatives to strengthen AutoZone’s brand and expand candidate reach •Collaborate cross-functionally across HR and department leaders to align hiring practices with broader business goals What We’re Looking For •10+ years of experience in recruiting or HR, including leading TA teams and recruiting for senior-level and technical roles •Deep understanding of SSC/corporate hiring landscapes and college recruiting best practices •Strong project management and systems experience, with a talent for building scalable processes •Proven track record of building high-performing teams, optimizing performance through data, and delivering measurable results •A collaborative, people-first approach to leadership and problem-solving You’ll Go the Extra Mile if you have •Bachelor’s degree preferred •Public speaking skills and executive presence. •Experience with change management in fast-paced, evolving environments.
