Job Description

What is the opportunity?
As a Manager, Strategic Risk Insights within the CAE Group, you will play a key role in advancing the digital transformation of the internal audit function through data and AI initiatives. You will collaborate on designing and implementing analytics solutions that deliver strategic risk insights, supporting audit strategy and execution. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with strong technical expertise, a history of contributing to impactful analytics projects, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams within a dynamic environment.

What will you do?

Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics and AI solutions to enhance audit execution and risk intelligence.Support the implementation of scalable data pipelines, machine learning models, and NLP solutions to identify risk trends and control weaknesses.Assist in synthesizing and communicating audit findings, trends, and emerging risks to stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and presentations.Collaborate with auditors, data engineers, and subject matter experts to ensure technical excellence and business alignment in analytics projects.Help maintain governance, documentation, and reproducibility of analytics assets, adhering to best practices for version control and knowledge sharing.Explore and assess emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, graph analytics, agentic AI) to contribute to enhancing audit analytics capabilities.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, AI/machine learning, or risk analytics, with a record of contributing to enterprise-scale solutions.Strong proficiency in Python (or R), SQL, and experience with complex datasets and modern data architectures.Experience in developing or implementing agentic AI systems (e.g., autonomous agents, multi-agent systems) for decision-making or process automation.Experience in developing and deploying machine learning or NLP solutions in production environments.Experience with dashboard and visualization tools(e.g. Streamlit, Tableau, Dash, Power BI, or Looker etc.)Ability to translate technical analytics into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Nice-to-have

Experience in internal audit, enterprise risk, or compliance analytics.Familiarity with generative AI frameworks, graph analytics, or large-scale processing engines (e.g., Apache Spark).Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow) and cloud-based data platforms.Experience designing user interfaces for analytics dashboards or reporting tools.
