About the Role

We are seeking a Manager, Strategic Finance to support financial analysis, strategic planning, and capital-related initiatives. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights that inform business decisions, growth initiatives, and long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and capital decisions

Provide analytical support for strategic planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis

Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Support capital transactions, including financings, investments, and potential acquisitions

Assist with due diligence, data room management, and coordination with internal teams and external advisors

Prepare financial analyses and presentation materials for executive leadership and Board-level discussions

Support evaluation of business development opportunities, including partnerships and market expansion

Contribute to clear and consistent financial and strategic communications for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field

3-5 years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, or a similar analytical role

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Self-starter with a collaborative, cross-functional mindset
