If you're passionate about meaningful work and want to be part of something bigger than yourself, Caris is where your impact begins.** **Position Summary** The Manager, Speaker Bureau & Advisory Boards is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and management of Caris Life Sciences’ external scientific engagement programs, including the Caris Speaker Bureau and Scientific/Clinical Advisory Boards. This role ensures that all programs are operationally efficient, compliant with applicable regulations, and aligned with Caris’ medical and commercial objectives. The individual will collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Scientific Communications, Marketing, Sales, Legal/Compliance, and external faculty to support high-quality educational initiatives and advisory engagements that advance the understanding and appropriate use of Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI). The role requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder management, and a working knowledge of oncology, molecular diagnostics, and healthcare compliance. Periodic travel may be required to support live programs and advisory meetings. **Job Responsibilities** + Act as the operational lead for Caris Speaker Bureau and Advisory Board programs, ensuring consistent execution, quality, and compliance. + Plan, develop, and manage national and regional speaker programs, including faculty identification, onboarding, training facilitation, contracting, scheduling, and performance tracking. + Coordinate the planning and execution of scientific, clinical, and commercial advisory boards, including agenda development, faculty recruitment, meeting logistics, and post-meeting deliverables. + Serve as a conduit of information and feedback between external faculty (KOLs, speakers, advisors) and internal Caris stakeholders to inform strategy, messaging, and product development. + Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Scientific Communications to ensure speaker materials and advisory content are accurate, current, balanced, and aligned with Caris scientific positioning. + Ensure all Speaker Bureau and Advisory Board activities adhere to internal policies, SOPs, and applicable regulatory and compliance requirements, including fair market value (FMV), transparency, and documentation standards. + Partner with Legal/Compliance to support contract execution, honoraria management, and program audits as required. + Track program metrics, utilization, and outcomes to assess effectiveness and support continuous improvement. + Assist with other related duties and special projects as required by Marketing leadership. + Attend select regional and national meetings, conferences, and internal planning sessions to support program execution and alignment. + Work is of limited scope, typically on smaller, less complex projects / assignments or providing support for larger projects/assignments. + Assists in fact finding. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or business-related field required. + 3+ years of experience in Speaker Bureau management, advisory board operations, Medical Affairs, Scientific Communications, or project management related roles within biotechnology, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical industries. + Demonstrated experience managing external faculty programs and cross-functional stakeholders. + Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered. **Preferred Qualifications** + Prior experience in Marketing support role in oncology/oncology related field or equivalent + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet for business use. + Ability to think creatively and initiate new ideas or solutions to business issues. + Independence of thought and sound judgment relating to business needs. + Demonstrated commitment, self-motivation, and drive. + Possess strong interpersonal skills. + Self-starter, ability to work in a fast-past, competing deadline driven environment. + A professional contributor communicating the value of Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI) without full authority to deviate from established protocols. + Knows and effectively uses concepts, practices, and procedures. + Engaging and effective communicator, exercising good judgment in word choice in person and in written communication. **Physical Demands** + Must be able to walk, sit, or stand as required to travel on a regular basis. **Training** + All job specific, safety, and compliance training are assigned based on the job functions associated with this employee. **Other** + This position requires periodic travel and some evenings, weekends and/or holidays. **Conditions of Employment:** Individual must successfully complete pre-employment process, which includes criminal background check, drug screening, credit check ( applicable for certain positions) and reference verification.
