YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking a First Level Manager with strong technical expertise in Java development and AI technologies to lead a team of software engineers. The role involves managing day-to-day development activities, driving project delivery, and guiding the integration of AI capabilities into enterprise-grade applications.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Lead and manage a team of software engineers working on Java-based and AI-enabled projects.Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring quality and timelines.Provide technical guidance in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud deployment.Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent features and automation into products.Conduct performance reviews, mentoring, and team skill development.Partner with product managers, architects, and QA to align engineering efforts with business goals.Promote best practices in code quality, design, and DevOps processes.
