About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC Manager with strong expertise in the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) to lead Order-to-Cash work stream in the IT organization. This role will be mainly accountable for Japan/Korea/SEA/ANZ and also providing support to Greater China. The ideal candidate will combine deep SAP expertise with retail industry knowledge. Experience integrating SAP OTC with OMS, POS, and WMS, along with SAP CAR proficiency is highly valued. Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English are essential for collaborating with global teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Order-to-Cash solutions to meet business needs.
• Partner with business partners to address pain points, enhance and optimize business process flow and system solution.
• Drive E2E integration with retail ecosystems (OMS, POS, WMS etc.) while ensuring SAP standard best practices.
• Analyze business processes, identify requirements, and propose effective SAP solutions.
• Work with SAP development team to design, develop and debug ABAP programs, including reports, interfaces, user exits, enhancements and forms etc.
• Integrate SD/CAR modules with other SAP modules such as MM/FI/CO.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the system.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and user guides.
• Provide training and support to end-users and junior team members.
Qualifications:
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD modules. SAP CAR/MIM/Fiori is preferred.
• Deep experience of SAP integration with surrounding systems and lead large scale project implementation with S4 HANA.
• Ability to read/debug standard/custom programs, validate enhancement implementations, collaborate with developers on development, bug fixes, performance fine-tuning.
• Experience integrating SAP OTC with OMS required. Integrating with POS, and WMS, familiar with EDI/IDOC processes, integration and enhancement preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, Proven troubleshooting/debugging skills for configuration/interface failures
• Good understanding of omni retail environment and landscape in terms of the relevant services and solutions is highly preferred.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and in fast paced environment with global teams.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of SAP best practices and business processes.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
