About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
7 Years of Relevant Experience in Salesforce CRM and Sales Cycle business process is added advantage
It would be great if you also had . . .
MBA or equivalent Master degree preferred
Callidus / Oracle experience would be an added advantage.
What will you be doing in this role?
Supervise and mentor a team of Sales Support ensuring high performance and professional development.
Oversee the management and updating of customer databases and sales records.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure they are directed to the appropriate sales representative.
Coordinate with the sales team to support administrative tasks such as detailed data analysis and comprehensive report generation.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of complex sales orders and documentation.
Analyse sales data to identify trends and provide strategic insights to the sales team.
Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in sales support activities.
Monitor and drive the team to achieve results against agreed SLAs.
Management Responsibilities:
Manage a team of colleagues.
Lead, direct and review the team’s work to achieve operational or functional targets or objectives with measurable contribution towards the achievement of immediate and short-term results for the team and department.
Establish and communicate team goals that support and advance team and department objectives; establish metrics or other performance measures to track progress.

Deliver consistent and timely training, guidance and feedback to encourage and promote colleague success and growth through regular developmental conversations and identification of developmental opportunities.

About the Team
Sales Support Center delivers support & insights to focus sales on the highest value activities. This team is a one-stop contact for the sales organization for anything related to sales processes, system and support to enable our sales organization to close sales opportunities and customer renewals. It offers the opportunity to work closely with the sales team and contribute to the company's revenue growth and provide exceptional support to the sales team, constantly learning about new products, services, and industry trends, which will help me grow professionally. You will be working on the CRM software (Salesforce) and collaborative tools. Our sales support team is a dynamic and collaborative group that's passionate about delivering exceptional results. We prioritize open communication, teamwork, and continuous learning, working closely with the sales team, as well as other cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless coordination and effective support.
Hours of Work
This is a full-time role requiring 40 working hours per week based out of Noida, India (IST).
Work Mode-Hybrid as per Clarivate location
Shift will be 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm IST, but should be flexible whenever required for supporting AMERICAS and APAC regions
