SAS Financial Services Brazil is looking for a Sales Manager to lead a group of the most talented Account Executives in the market, highly skilled to address the needs of the largest Brazilian Banks and Insurance companies.
You will have the opportunity to work at SAS, the market leader in Data & AI and help us to grow our market share in a competitive market, exploring areas such as Fraud Prevention, Risk Management and Customer Intelligence, using the most advanced AI technology.
As a Sales Manager, you will:
Manage sales and sales support activities for staff members to implement growth plans and sales activities.Assign appropriate sales goals and assignments to sales staff; determines optimal utilization of staff and resources to achieve sales goals.Generate new business through strategic-based selling and managing relationship with key customers, specifically at the executive level.Articulate to clients the business value of adopting a SAS solution, align pricing and negotiate towards enterprise wide solutions and impact.Use knowledge of market, industry trends and competitors; as well as networking opportunities to stay connected.Accurately forecasts new and renewal sales on a monthly and quarterly basisEnsure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organization's secure software development goals.Embrace curiosity, passion, authenticity and accountability. Required qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in supervision skills in a sales organization.Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or quantitative field.Demonstrated negotiation skills.Ability to manage, negotiate, and close multiple complex sales opportunities.Demonstrated understanding of strategic sales techniques and principles, specifically in the software industry, as well as selling to large banks and insurance companiesDemonstrated knowledge of banking industry.Strong leadership, supervisory, interpersonal and oral communication skills; demonstrated project leadership skills.Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
